Felicity With Love

This is another Felicity Card, made from the the guide on the back. They had the word "Sweet" on the bottom. I did change that out to "with Love" along two edges. I used Paper ribbon on the bottom and folded it several times. The dots along the right edge are stamped in Colonial White Ink.
