So, I made these for Wednesday Night Kids Clubs at Church and they went over quite well. They are very nutritious, what with Greek yogurt, whole wheat flour and pumpkin. Also, I could just mix in a bowl by hand, no mixer needed. It is a little hard to tell when they are done, as they will still be rather soft. They do set up a little more when cooled but are a softer,more gooey bar. I used currants in my bars. Currents are rather like mini raisins, if you haven't used them before.
