This is my Valentines treats for my husband and three kids. This was super simple with just plain stamping on a 3 x 6 1/2 card stock. I used some bulk More to Adore and cut off the stripped edge for the topper. I used embroidery floss on the cake plate and a bitty sparkle on the "i" in thing. I used tape runner to hold the back of the baggie on the topper. I stapled the edges which left me room in the middle of the baggie to insert the candy. Easy as pie.
